Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, harmonics occurring in PV power systems are identified with the data obtained from a solar power plant. The data we need for the detection and elimination of harmonics is obtained from the modelled PV power system. In addition, these voltage and current data obtained from the PV power system were used in signal prediction. With the modelling study, the performance of the system consisting of LCL and active power filter, which we proposed for PV power systems, was tested on the model under real meteorological data and load. The results obtained by using the filter models in different power systems are presented comparatively. The prediction of the harmonic current and voltage signals obtained by modelling the PV power system has been successfully performed with the machine learning method LSTM. Finally, this thesis presents the design and modelling of an electric vehicle charging station with regional radiation and temperature data. This design consists of PV power system, fuel cell, hydrogen tank, electrolyser, EV load and residential load. The results were obtained by modelling and testing the system.
