Abstract (EN)
Solar cells are among the prominent ones for energy sources. Solar cells are special designs for maintenance and new applications technologies. The aim of this study is to synthesize perovskite structures that may have the potential to be used in solar cell applications and to increase the current efficiency. Single perovskite (ABO3) and double perovskite (A2BCO6) structures were obtained by hydrothermal method at different temperature/time combinations. The reaction medium was provided with TiO2 CeO2, La2O3 and Sm2O3 at a ratio of 1:1, 1:2, and 2:1 at 150 °C for 24 hours. The structures were characterized by XRD, AFM and SEM devices and their morphological features were determined. When the results are evaluated, it is thought that the obtained perovskite structures can be used in solar cell applications. The different peaks in the XRD graphics obtained as a result of doping of titanium dioxide show that the doping was done successfully.
