DESIGNING AND REAL ZING SUN TRACKING SYSTEM(M.Sc. Thesis)Zeki B LG NGAZI UNIVERSITYINSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGYJuly 2006ABSTRACTPhotovoltaic panels today are within the renewable energy sources, and theirusage is increasing everday. With the technological developments it isinvestigated to increase efficency of PV cells. Many of these investigations areabout chemical structure of PV cells. However, incident angle of sun rays onPV cells is also important parameter regarding to how much the sun energy isconverted. It is shown that with the sun tracking system, production of electricenergy of a solar panel can be increased up to 37%.
