Özet (EN)

After the fall of the Hittite Empire in 1200 BC, Hittite culture in Anatolia has continued by late Hittite Kingdoms. In this sdtudy, after the fall of the Hittite Empire, it has been tried to be explained that cultural and political reasons for the feeling of the Hittite Empire of the cities that have existed for a long time in late Hittite Kingdoms. In the first part of the thesis, socio - political events of the period have been evaluated from the second half of the 3rd millenium BC to the fall of Hittite Empire, but in the second part, after the Hittite Empire, the general socio- political situation of northern Mesopotamia and Anatolia and this socio-political situation of the late Hitite Kingdoms have been mentioned.
