Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the reflections of principle of trust on representation relation in the Turkish Code of Obligations are studied. These regulations that protect the trust of people with good faith, brought several debates along due to their legal results. Therefore, theoretically and practically bounded specific analyses had to be addressed. In this context, in the first part of our thesis, the principle of trust is examined. In the second part, after broadly discussing the concept of representation, detailed investigation of the Turkish Code of Obligations that include reflections of principle of trust on representation relation and debates regarding these regulations' legal results are conducted. Lastly, in the third part, "Theory of Power of Attorney Based on Legal Appearance" and the legal foundations of this theory are studied.
