Abstract (EN)

In this study the expected Role Breadth Self-Efficiency has been examined in the organization where the trust and the phenomenal organizational justice has been compared literally. The study has examined the organizational justice which is thought to be the most useful fact while building up the trust in the organization organisms. Organizational justice has been taken as the main fact in order to establish the trust. When the trust worthy environment has been established the Role Breadth Self-Efficiency fact has come out among the workers and it is being evaluated in the practice part. Besides these three variants questions about their age, gender, and seniorities have been asked in the sense of demographic properties.The main topic of the first part is the definition of the Trust concept, the organizational dimension, Trust varieties in the meaning of organization, building-up and maintain Trust, and finally define the positive effects of Trust. In the second part, the organizational justice has been studied and the three main organizational justice effects have been taken into consideration. In the third part the output of the proactive behaviour which is the Role Breadth Self-Efficiency has been studied. In the practice part of the study, 104 volunteers have been chosen under the aspects of demographic properties and some questions have been asked. These questions have been transferred to the data base with the help of the SPSS programme. The relation among the variables have been examined statically and the results are stated in graphics.
