Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to explain the importance of reliability and validity analysis in researches. First, the reliability of the study was tested with Test-Retest, Spearman Brown and Cronbach's Alpha tests. Since Cronbach's Alpha is the most widely accepted and widely used test, the degree of reliability is indicated according to the ranges of this alpha value. Then the reliability of the test was determined by determining the range of the test results. Finally, the validity stage of the study, which was found to be highly reliable, was conducted with KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin) and Bartlett's tests with the help of explanatory factor analysis. In practice, a survey was conducted to reveal the managerial and organizational problems in SMEs in Malatya Organized Industrial Zone with a scientific research. As a result of this study, it was concluded that the reliability levels of these data were good. In the subsequent validity analyzes, it was concluded that the data were valid.
