Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to develop a scale to assess the safe/unsafe behavior attitudes of employees working in a copper wire production facility and to create an evaluation form regarding the identified safe/unsafe conditions within the enterprise. Additionally, the study examines the predictive relationship between these safe/unsafe conditions and behaviors with occupational accidents, near-miss incidents, and accident-related cost. Demographic characteristics of the employees were also taken into account
