The professional enthusiasm and worries of the music students of fine arts education programme

In this research; the professional enthusiasm and worries of the music students of Fine Arts Education programme has been done. And it has been done fort he research of the disciplined and consistent studies of the teachers conditates and to maket hem more confident and courageous in professionel life.In this research, the fourth class students, thirty- five male and eighty-five female, totally a hundred and twenty students, point of views from İnönü, Selçuk, Balıkesir,Cumhuriyet and Karadeniz Technical Universities has been learnt.According to the datum after the research some comments and tables has been prepared. Considering the comments; the conclusion of problems has been determined.In this study; how KPSS exam effects the motivation of the last class music students and how much their worries about appoinments increase, in short how much their professionel worries increase. By intending to educate modern music teachers; After the graduation, to run their edutation and teaching in an ordered and planned way at primary and secondary schools, to work harmoniously in their work conditions and to provide contribution to education, an evaluation has been done.And by considering these reasons the functıons of the stil valid music teachers licence programme has been discussed.Some solution advices, to provide the motivation of the last class music teacher students and to increase the professionel enthusiasm and decrease their professionel worries to the up most level, has been made.
