Abstract (EN)
COMPUTER AIDED DESIGN AND ANALYSES OF GYROPLANES SUMMARY Key Words: Computer aided design, computer aided analysis, gyroplane, rotor Methods of computer-aided engineering have started to have an important part in industry, education, and all the sectors involving engineering due to the developments in hardware and engineering programming. By the help of these methods, the process of design and analysis has been shortened a great deal and there has been flexibility in many aspects for the designers through design parametres' being rapidly changed and controlled. With all the work done, design has been optimized in computer and the productivity has been increased. The main theme of of the thesis is to do the computer modeling of a currently used system and and to analyze the critical parts. This study has improved both the computer-aided desing (CAD) and the computer-aided engineering (CAE). In this study a gyroplane has been designed on the computer and its critical part, the mast and the rotor system, have been analyzed. At the end of all the anayses, the mast has been modified and its strength has been increased. XIV
