In this study; by given a numerical semigroup and a positive integer h, we build a new numerical semigroup which is called h-fold numerical semigroup. Also we study properties of this new numerical semigroup. In particular, we compare h-fold numerical semigrups and numerical semigroups for a special h positive integer.
