Abstract (EN)

Hadīth scholars have used other concepts that state that they are suitable for goodness and acceptance for hadīths, that they describe as authentic and agreeable. Among these technical vocabularies, the salīh hadīth is an issue that requires examination in the field of hadith procedure. Some conflicts about exactly what the holy hadīth means are mostly focused on Abû Dāwūd's Sunan. Abû Dāwūd wrote a letter to answer the questions posed by the scholars of Mecca about the Sunan, he stated the status of the transmissions that were severely weak in Sunan, and that the transmissions that he did not say anything about them salīh but did not explain what he meant by the term. In this study, which examines whether the hadīth of the salīh hadīth is used for hadīths that are strengthened by testimonials and attestations, which are strengthened by testimonials and attestations, the issue is not only through Abû Dāwūd, but also through a chronological order and the uses of other scholars are examined. In addition, the sample narratives that Abû Dāwūd silenced in his Sunan and which he regarded as tacitly salīh were examined, thus trying to place the information about the salīh hadīth in a meaningful context. As a result, after the theoretical consideration of the salīh hadīth concept of the umbrella concept, the narratives described as subjugation in order to show the practical value of the narratives in the two sahîhs, which contain the conditions of the authentic hadīth, good on its own virtue or the good by virtue of another hadīth immoral level, and finally the weak hadīth, are discussed under four headings. Thus, it has been determined that there is a concept that contains many types of hadīths in the salīh hadīth given here as an example.
