Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is making the sociological analysis of the human righs advocate non-governmental organizations' relations with government, society and the other NGO's in the context of Syrian refugee crisis. After the Syrian crisis in 2011, Turkey has become the country hosting the most Syrian refugees in the world. Due to legal regulations in Turkey. Syrian refugees has become the disavantaged group of people because of the granted limited legal rights by Turkey government. Human rights advocate NGO's supports Syrians for the prevention of human rights violation and the enhancement of their legal status. The research data was collected by two different reserch study methods, the document analysis and the fieldwork based on empirical data. The questions were prepared in accordnace with the semi-structured interview technique. Five rights advocates were reached in Ankara. The interview made with the NGO's who positively responding the interview. The meetings were held on different days with NGO's that accepted the meeting. The empirical data were collected via data analysis of the deciphered interviews. Mnay valuable findings has been obtained from the data. One of the most important finding is that there is no strong cooperation between the government and the all NGO's in Turkey. Even though, İHD, İHGD & MAZLUM-DER have tried to establish a collaborative network with the government to increase their efficiency in order to solve the refugee crisis, the government has not response positively in general.
