Abstract (EN)
This study, the original sides of women's labour in the process of production and reproduction in rural area is to discuss on women's lives working as a wage in carpet weaving house in Kınık Village. Women in rural area, when they work in a paid job, they have to carry out collectively all of the both house works and agricultural works and the result of this situation in terms of women is to be growing the workload of women. Despite of the growing the workload of women in rural areas, their intense workings continue to be not recognized. This study by aiming to how the sides of invisible, flexible and unsecured affect, tries to analyse the effect of carpet weaving as a paid job on women's social living. In this context, it will reveal with feminist methodology that is to be analysed women's labour in rural areas within the capitalist and patriarchal patterns and their encountered unequal relations from social relations of women in rural structure to division of labour in household and agricultural jobs. This study which is being shed light on the development empowering policies of women, aims to contribute studies of paid woman labour in rural areas.
