Abstract (EN)
The paper aims to constitute a service quality evaluation index system for Kocaeli public libraries with a main reference to LibQUAL +TM , so far the most renowned evaluation system of its kind in the field of library studies. The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), which encompasses both qualitative and quantitative analysis, is deployed to assess the quality of public library service in a comprehensive manner. The system and its evaluation models are incorporated to promote understanding and improvement of public library service quality.
