Abstract (EN)

As a result of the change processes, the new identities of the actors in the field of business and the current management models have transformed the states into a different social structure within economic activities. The state, which has left its duty in the classical sense, has become the organizer and supervisor of the system. Within the scope of this study, it is aimed to understand and explain the new organizational structure that Turkish Airlines acquired as a private company in a unique model, together with the privatization practice, which is an extension of noeliberal economic policies. The strong estimation that emerged as a result of the research on the Privatization Theory and Contingency Approach supports the assumption that Turkish Airlines organizational and operational structure has grown stronger thanks to this appilication, which created a golden share, as well as the public offering method.
