In our study, we were investigated Salsola grandis Freitag, Vural & N. Adıgüzel and Anabasis aphylla L. Chenopodiaceae family natives of Nallıhan Ankara, investigated in terms of the changes in amounts of inorganic ion (Na+, K+, Ca+2, Mg+2) and amounts of organic matter (glucose and fructose) determined, the differences between taxa were identified and investigated. The dominant salt type of all sations is NaCl. It was determined that the amount of K+, Na+ and Ca+2 in Salsola grandis is higher than Anabasis aphylla. The amount of Mg+2 ions were examined but unlike other ions, Mg+2 in Salsola grandis is observed that to a lesser extent than in Anabasis aphylla. If we look at the amounts of organic matter in the amount of fructose is higher than Salsola grandis than Anabasis aphylla. The amount of glucose is higher than Salsola grandis than Anabasis aphylla seen again. Anabasis aphylla is analyzed in terms of adaptation to salt, Salsola grandis species have seen to be capable of adaptation to a more advanced. Our species analyzed in terms of adaptation to salt, Salsola grandis seems to be capable of adaptation to a more advanced from Anabasis aphylla.
