Abstract (EN)
Even there is a century between the establishment of Hamidiye Regiments and regional militia powers both of the structures share the same base.The shape of establishment and the parameters which let the establishment of these two structures have similarities These similarities can be observed at the level of pre- establishment, how they organize their establishment,also critics that are directed,responses which comes from the state authority and the relationship between the central state power and feudal lords. When the impact of, Hamidiye Regiments on the hierarchy of feudal lords and on the reinforcement of the feudal structure in that century,examined some similatiers can be revealed at the structure of regional militia power.The feudal lords whinc give support to the Regiments are mostly the same ,which give support to the regional militia power. This similariyt can be seen also when Feudal lords or their successors observed in trems of their influence on the political era.Key Words1 . Hamidiye Regiments2.Regional militia power3. Tribal4.
