Abstract (EN)

The tendency to deny the attributes of Allah, which came to the fore with the Jahmiyya in the history of islamic thought, reached its extreme with Mu'tazila. This belief, which was not encountered in the predecessor period, was met with reaction by the sects. The Hanbali sect was one of those who showed this reaction most harshly. The reason fort his is that the founding imam of the sect, Ahmad b. Hanbal's treatment during the mihna events. Ahmad b. Hanbal and his followers, who will come later, opposed the idea of denying the attributes of Allah and created a great tradition of rejection in this direction. These refutations, which were registered with the Jahmiyya and Mu'tazila at first, were later expanded to include the thologians of the Ahl as-Sunnah.
