Abstract (EN)
The Hanafī sect, was founded in the process of crystallization of the re'y school, which was first formed in the period of the Companions and turned into a school in the tābi'ūn period, under the leadership of Abū Hanīfa and his students. With the discussion of the ijtihad method and hypothetical issues revealed by Abū Hanīfa in his lecture circle, and the writing of the originals obtained from them, an accumulation was formed, and this accumulation was classified and turned into a book by Abū Yūsuf and Imam Muhammad. Abū Hanīfa's students from different geographies of the world also contributed to the formation of the sect by educating hundreds of students in the lecture circles they established in the cities they were in and by narrating his views. In the third and fourth centuries of the Hijri, the teaching, writing and narration studies of those who had Hanafī thought continued increasingly. However, partial differences began to occur between regions, especially in usūl and furū. Although different theories have been put forward regarding the formation of sects, each sect has completed its formation within the framework of its own specific conditions. It's understood by three different indicators that the Hanafī sect completed its formation. The 1st of these is the writing of concise and commentary books. The 2nd is the compilation of method books. The 3rd is the writing of navāzil-style works.
