Customization with mind in the Hanefi's method

Decretals were declared with words. The meaning of the words are different in terms of insinuations. One of the most important issues of methodology science is that detecting of the meaning of a word correctly. Because, being understood legislator's(Allah) willpower, mostly it can be possible via determining words correctly. On the other hand, the meanings of the words are not unique. The words differ in terms of their basic meaning and using, their clarity and implication. In our thesis, as a method of assignment via mind which constricting of the meaning of general which is a type of wording in terms of the basic meaning were handled. Hanafi scholars' opinions which are about the assignment of general words via mind were presented and basic discussion area were tried to show.
