Abstract (EN)
Khwarezmian Turkic is an important language reflecting the cultural richness of Central Asia. The lexical inventory related to plants and animals in this language is a reflection of the environmental and cultural conditions of that period. The study is based on the examination of texts in Khwarezmian Turkic. The analysis of texts involves determining the works where the lexical inventory related to plants and animals is frequently encountered, as well as evaluating the frequency and diversity of this lexical inventory. A work-based study was conducted on selected texts from Khwarezmian Turkic literature, where the lexical inventory related to plants and animals was compiled, classified, and analyzed for types, origins, and frequency of usage at the end of each work. A total of 622 words were examined, and through the analyses conducted, the framework of lexical inventory related to plants and animals in Khwarezmian Turkic works has been established. This study contribute to a better understanding of the relations of Khwarezmian Turkish with its naturel environment, cultural heritage and linguistic features.
