Abstract (EN)
In this study, laser rate equations were computed for semiconductor lasers with external optical feedback so that chaotic region behaviours were examined. Through the numerical solutions, it was observed that the nonlinear systems routed to chaos by using some parameters in the chaotic region, so that the chaotic attractors were obtained. It was also observed that the system was routed out of chaos when the parameters choosen out of the chaotic region and tended to be stable. Science Code : 626.05.01Key Words : Laser, Chaos, Optic
