Abstract (EN)

After Yusuf Şükrü Efendi completed some part of his education in Harput , he went to Istanbul in order to finish the rest of his education ,and he successfully completed his education there. He got great accomplishment and endeavour from his environment . Those appreciations assigned him as a teacher to Istanbul vefa madrasah which was one of the most important knowledge centers in its time. The works he made here caused him to be assigned to Mahmudiye madrasah in medina.He was known with his scholar and Islamic mystic personalities. he wasn't irresponsible for his period both educational and political discussions / problems. He tried to spend efforts to find and produce solutions for problems. Also, he produced scholarly works on these subjects both in Arabic and ottoman languages. He says that unity and cooperation bond and keep them alive public. He claims that these dynamics had lost their senses and this is a problem of religious faith. He evaluates existence, god, spirit, knowledge and morality which philosophy discusses in perspective of Vahdet-i Vücud.Key Words: Harputlu Yusuf Şükrü, Ottoman Philosopher, Ottoman thinker, Rumûzü-t- Tevhid, Nasihatname, Namûsü-l- İkân.
