Main soil series in Harran Plain and the determination of various vegetation cower using spectroradiometer

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to measure of reciectance values of the major sou types and different surface cover types on the Harran Plain by Spectroradiometer and to provide corelation between these results and the image of LANDSAT. The CIMEL Spectroradiometer was used in mis study. This radiometer(CIMEL) has the same structure of SPOT HRV satellite channel. No significant relation has been determined between the results of the soils physical and chemical analysis and the reflection values. Total of 61.27 % of the study area is spectroradiometricalry measured. Key Words: Grand Measurements, Spectroradiometer, Landsat, Near infrared, Visible
