The transcription and the evaluation of the information in book by Hasan Tahsin "Islam in China"

One of the countries that Muslim people settled by withdrawing from their own countries for various reasons is China. The information about how Islam spread for the first time in China, how it oppeared and its situation is limited. Since there is not enough source on this subject, it is diffucult to make research about it. This thesis is the qualification of the book by Hasan Tahsin "Islam in China" which became a book after written as parts in the newspaper called "Tercuman-ı Hakikat" the aim of this research is to bring in this precious work that Hasan Tahsin wrote in the last area of the Ottoman Empire into Turkish history by translating and comparing the information with other resources. Additionally, each page of the book was numbered and same significant events were investigated and glassed in this study so as to reveal the truth value of information in the book while the book was being translated. In this research, it is also affered essential information about Chinese history, appearence of Islam in China and religious, curtural and daily life of Chinese Muslim as well.
