This thesis deals with study and investigation on "Hashiyah by the scholar Khatibzadeh on sharh al-viqayah by Saderussharia", and the scope of the study is determined by the beginning of the chapter of purity (Taharah) to the end of the invalidators of ablution (Navakıdu Al-Vudu'). The importance of this study comes from the scientific status of the author, as he is one of the most important figures of the 9. Century Hijri . He excelled in several sciences in his time, such as readings, interpretation, jurisprudence, language and mental arts. The importance of this explanation also comes from the fact that it is an explanation of the issues of the Al-Wiqayah : a book by Al-Mahboubi in the mysterious issues that he did not address in his explanation, as well as an explanation of the issues that he was offered to solve. The book also included precise issues in the chapter of worship related to Purity (Taharah), The book was distinguished by its good arrangement and division, as the author started it with acts of worship, then transactions, and divided the book into jurisprudential books, then chapters, then branches, then benefits and warnings. He also presented the sayings of the Hanafi Imams and other owners of the jurisprudential schools in a smooth manner and clear expression. This study relied on two copies of the manuscript in Turkey. To achieve its objectives, the study followed the descriptive-historical approach when translating the author Khatibzadeh, presenting his scientific and biography, defining his era, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigated text when copying the text according to the rules of spelling, comparing its copies, and attributing quotes and sayings to their sources and contexts. The most important conclusions of this study were the following: The author expanded on the comparison between the opinion of the Hanafi and the Shafi'i, and sometimes between the Hanafi and the Maliki. He used to present the sayings of the Hanafis and then contrast them with the sayings of other imams of other schools of thought. He often says "contrary to Shafi'i, Malik or Ahmad" in the light of comparison and debate between opinions.
