The factors effecting the psikolojik şiddet for workers at hospital (Psychological violence)

The aim of this study is to determine; the psychological violence perception of the Employees of Şanlıurfa Özel Medical Faculty according to demographicalo variables whether it changes. The domain of the research is the 215 Employees of Şanlıurfa Özel Medical Faculty. The survey was filled from 72 Employees who were selected by proficiencies and their ages. The survey has three parts. The first part ontains personnel information. The second part is consist of scale of perception. The third part is description part. In order to analyse the data collected, was used. By means of frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, alculated. It is observed that according to findings of the research, generally; the Employees of Şanlıurfa Özel Medical Faculty weren't subjected to the attitudes in the survey. It can be said that the attitude of the Employees concerning with
