Levels of burnout variables in hospital workers who has low back/neck pain were significantly higher than workers have no pain (p<0.05). A positive moderate correlation between levels of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment and NDI, Oswestry Disability Questionnaire, BDI and SF-36 (p<0.05). The results of this study showed that levels of burnout variables in hospital workers who has low back/neck pain determined higher than workers have no pain and in this workers BS is interrelated with disability, psychical situation and quality of life.
