The improvement of quality in health care is associated with many factors, such as the economic development of the country, changes in technology and the expectations of society. In the developed countries, societies attach great importance to the concept of quality in health care and thus improve their expectations. The concept of quality in health care in relation to disabled people has a more important place than normal people. Because when disabled people spend in health institutions, they are much more than ordinary people. For this reason, increasing the quality of Health Services has the greatest impact on disabled people. In this study, a survey was conducted to assess the quality of hospital service quality of Disabled Persons who applied Izmir Çiğli Regional Education hospital. According to the results of the research the overall service quality of the Çiğli Region hospital of the disabled citizens is Very high or very good, and the positive views of the participants on the basis of the research identified service Levels high. In this context, it was found that all statements on the scale in time should from now on serve at the same level and the same quality by assessing the quality of hospital service as a whole.
