Abstract (EN)
Health care which is one of the basic signs of socioeconomicdevelopment, is becoming more important especially for the hospitals thathave social responsibility. To carry on their continuity, the hospitals should provide patients toget their treatment expense back and find out how much supplies theyconsume for each patient.Medical supplies and medicine that are important for the hospital?sbudget and health care production are fundemental to make the hospitalattend quality and active service and to carry on their continuity in rivalryatmosphere if the hospitals are managed well and carry on continuity ofsupplies.Today, medicine and medical supplies stocks in the hospitals reach ata high level. Stocks are generally monetary sources, in other wordsinvestment. Because of that, when the hospitals have a stock withouthindering the service, they should also consider about its cost. If stocks arenot enough, the service becomes insufficent. If stocks are too much, thehospital sources are used poorly. To decreasa the cost with the savings, the hospitals should managethe stocks in a successful direction system and provide an active stockmanagement and control. With this study, cost of medicine stock which is very important forserving medical health care, whether this cost is economical for the hospitalor not and what the appropriate stock extent should be to keep cost servicestability, is arranged in a statistical way.
