EXAMINA TI ON OF İN - VITRO SENSIBILITY CONDITIONS OF HOSPITAL IZOLA TE BAKTERIA SAMPLES IN RESPONSE TO CEPHALOSPORINS (M. Sc. Thesis) A. Nurvin YILDIRIM GAZİ UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY August 1994 ABSTRACT In this study, from the patients who are in Ankara hospital fresh izolated different infections which has influence upon gram pozitive and gram negative bacteria samples in response to cephalosporins grup antibiotics the sensivity stuation as in-vitro researchad. Psendomonas aeruginosa, Shigella, Klepsiella, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus vulgaris and Escherichia coli, Which are izolated samples usually used in practical ; Ciproploxacin, Ceftazidin, Amicasin + Cefaperazon, Sulbactam, Clferon (Cefotaxim), Ceftriaxone, Ofloxacin, Tobramycin, Amoxillin + Clavuclonat, Cefaclor, Cefadroxi, Cefixim, Cefoperazom, Cefoxidim, Cefuroxim, Cloramfenicol, Eritromycin, Mefhicillin, Mezlocillin, Nalidixic acid, Netilmycin, Vancomycin, Ampicillin, İmipenem, Cephâlothin are researchad on the contrary of their senstivities in-vitro disc diffusion metods. Among these antibiotics Ofloxacine, Vancomycin, İmipenem and Tobramycin are researched by watering down method. Different sensitivities exhibition of bacteria samples are fixed. Gradually resistance in some of these bacteria samples are observed.
