Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to apply basic life support (BLS) via telephone (T-CPR) to the simulation dummy in cases of cardiac arrest developed in the pre-hospital area, from the public to adult volunteers of all education levels. It was made in order to examine the level of receiving and application from. The universe of the research was the visitors of Bolu Highway Outlet®. Volunteers over the age of 18 at all levels of education were taken as a sample. Our study was carried out in pairs as a BLS practitioner and a BLS receiver. Our volunteers called our researcher via their personal phones. Our researcher had our volunteers apply BLS to the training simulation dummy with the T-CPR method. In addition, the levels of receiving and applying the AED from the UAV landing at the shopping mall entrance were examined. The reactions and durations of the volunteers were evaluated through video recordings. Data analyzes were performed using IBM SPSS v.21. In our research, it has been seen that those who have a certificate at the exercise level in the BLS application are at a good level, while those who do not have a certificate are both weak and good. As expected, almost all of the health workers were found to have a good level of exercise. (p<0.05) The majority of individuals with or without first aid certificate; It was observed that all of the health personnel performed the ABC control. Chest compression initiation time is mostly over 120 seconds in non-certified individuals; in the certificate holders, it was mostly in the range of 81-120 (sec). (p<0.05) Chest compression pause time was mostly low in all groups. Similarly, the number of chest compressions performed with the wrong hand position was low in all groups. (p<0.05) In conclusion; It has been observed that when T-CPR is applied effectively in out-of-hospital cardiac arrests, rescuers with different education levels can apply BLS, they can easily receive AEDs transferred by UAVs and successfully apply them to the simulation dummy.
