Abstract (EN)
Nowadays smart and green buildings are popular subjects. If a construction is desired to be built as a smart and green building, the construction should have systems such as fire detection system, emergency alert and announcing system, close circuit camera system, lightening system (which is controlled by automations systems), energy management system, ventilation system, etc. This construction which is called `smart building? because of existence of automation systems should be designed obeying a common technical specification. For example optic smoke detector which is a equipment of fire detection system should be designed obeying some rules. On the other hand this detector might get out of order or it is used much more than needed. This situation increases construction costs astronomically. In this study some of the automation systems which are used for smart hospitals were studied. For instance in this study, one flat of a hospital electrical installation are designed in general terms. This installation include a heavy current system; lightening system; KNX system; card pass system; close circuit camera system; fire detection system; emergency alert and announce system; and data and telephone system. Green building design criterions are expressed in general terms. In addition the hospital lightening automation system was designed with KNX automations standard using ETS4 program. Hospital automation system that includes fire detection system, close circuit camera system, card pass system etc. is designed in general terms using WinCC SCADA automations program.
