Perceptions of organizational environment according to the hospital managers decision-making styles a field research

Decision making can be defined as, choosing the best option between alternatives. Everyday, we meet different alternatives about different topics and we make a decision by choosing one of these alternatives. There are lots of different decision making styles that are defined by different researchers in literature Today?s administrators have been taking various decisions in changing dynamic environment. That these decisions are rational and accurate is up to the fact that administrators should be equipped with various and dependable data about the factors that influence the managerial Decision Making Process . Today?s establishments have to take the different variabilities and parameter which will affect the facilities in the process of taking decision into the consideration. In our this study we tried to identify organizational and environmental factors related to managerial decision making process and examined the relationship among those factors and managerial decision making process in the hospitals Survey is conducted on 36 hospital operating in health industry in Turkey and data are analyzed thorough the SPSS 16 statistical packet and and conclude that there is a relationship between environmental, organizational factors and decision making process.
