Abstract (EN)
In this study conducted with 54 employees, having at least one employee in each province, throughout 15 provinces in Turkey, Profiles of Unit personnel in inpatient medical facilities authorized to conduct "health tourism" were identified and study was conducted through an e-survey to determine the difficulties they face in the profession. As a result of the research, recommendations are made on the continuation of the deficiencies and positive effects that exist in Turkey, especially in the "medical tourism" branch of health tourism. In the study, e-survey data was analyzed in the "IBM SPSS statistical 20" application to calculate the Cronbach Alpha Reliability value, by which the frequency and percentage values of the questions were determined. Demographic characteristics and questions were analyzed using the independent samples t-test and the one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) test. In the insight of analysis values, multivariate data was evaluated and interpreted by the Tukey Post-Hoc test.
