Abstract (EN)
The research is planned descriptively in order to determine the effect of the operating room nurse manager's leadership behavior on the motivation of the other staff nurses. Survey application is conducted on operating room staff nurse for collecting data. The universe of this research consist of 5 hospital which are located in European side of İstanbul. Two of the four hospitals are university hospital, one of them is Training and research hospital and two of them is Private Hospital. In this four hospital, 120 staff nurse are surveyed. In the research, data is collected via distributing a questionnaire with three sections.this section's name are "personal information form", "the scale of leadership behavior" and "the scale of Minnesota satisfaction" In the research, 71 percent of staff nurses, who answer the survey, work at University Hospital. 86,5 percent of staff nurses are female in this research.
