Abstract (EN)
SUMMARY Keywords: Failure Modes Effects Analysis, Fuzzy Logic, Risk Failure mode and effects analysis is a powerful numerical analysis technique that enables one to take precautions before possible errors occur. Failure mode and effects analysis is widely applied in most companies and industries. FMEA is a systematic analysis method preferred to detect and prioritize errors that may occur in products and processes before they occur. FMEA is included in the definition and evaluation part of the risk management process. Risks are considered in these two parts, and the results of the analysis and evaluations determine the potential risks. The fuzzy logic analysis consists of examining and determining the problem, creating logical models of the data in the system, converting existing information into fuzzy sets, and interpreting the model. In this study, the method of Fuzzy error type and effects analysis is; In the iron and steel industry, it is aimed to minimize the quality defects originating from raw materials and production and to find the root causes. The inputs obtained by the method of error type and effects analysis, which is one of the risk assessment methods, are applied with the fuzzy error type and effects analysis method, unlike the classical error type and effects analysis, and the detection of existing and potential risks has been clearly concluded. As a result of the determinations, it aims to take actions in the direction possible and produce with the minimum quality defect. In addition, the advantages of fuzzy error types and effects analysis methods are revealed by comparing the two methods with each other.
