Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, within the scope of the updating of the international pavement strength method by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), a division affiliated with the UN, data on the applicability of the new method was examined with experimental and analytical methods in the transition from the old ACN / PCN to the new method ACR / PCR. In order to investigate the accuracy of the FAARFIELD software, which was produced by the Federal Aviation Administration for use in the calculations of the "Pavement Classification Ratio (PCR)", which expresses the load carrying capacity for the unlimited operations of the airport pavement and the "Aircraft Classification Ratio (ACR)", which explains the effect of the aircraft on different pavements, different two airport pavements with layer properties have been compared with FAARFIELD and the analysis program based on the finite element method called LS-DYNA. Results and suggestions about the aspects of FAARFIELD that need to be improved are included.
