Abstract (EN)
The first years of aviation are the years when the concern of flying aircraft is more than the reliability of the aircraft. Therefore, many aircraft lost in these years, but the developments in later years led to the emergence of flight safety. It is necessary to know the reasons of the faults occurring on the aircraft in this development as well as the life span of the system. Especially the friction, fatigue and corrosion caused by the airplane parts were started to be traced and the prevention of possible damage was investigated. The logic of cost-effective (economic) maintenance is to maintain a balance between component lifetime, availability and ease of use. Maximum life is ensured by the inspection of each part and the impression of the individual lifetime. It is expected that a piece, product or system designed in competition conditions will fulfill its expected functions without any error in the desired environmental conditions and reliability. These products can be supplied in advance and can be informed of their repairability, reliability and availability. These are the elements that are reflected in the competition. Briefly, Enterprises cannot be successful unless they benefit from the advantages and benefits of reliability analysis applications. • The complexity of many products is constantly increasing. Designs should be designed to ensure the reliability of the products and to provide the highest reliability for more reliable products and to be used in new models of the same products. • More and more credibility is recognized every day. It is learned in daily life how expensive an unreliable product is. Organizations make their products promotion with concepts such as reliability rate, error rate, time between errors. This competitive environment forces companies to gather information about their products to learn their products and how and how to convert this information to reliability rates, and how to improve their reliability by interpreting the error rates. In this study, reliability concepts are discussed and an application related to aircraft is included. In the first chapter, concepts related to reliability theory are given, and in the second chapter, the statistical life distributions frequently observed in applications are examined. In the following sections, two methods, error tree methodology and reliability block diagrams are used to construct a system reliability model. Methods developed for life data analysis of components and an approach used to calculate the most appropriate displacement time are discussed. A confidence interval method for parameter estimation of statistical life distributions is mentioned. In the last chapter, the method has been determined to increase the reliability of the system.
