Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of stress management on the job performance of employees in the aviation industry. In addition, it will be determined whether the stress sources and levels of coping with stress differ according to demographic variables such as working time, age, status, marital status, and educational status of the aviation industry workers. A survey was applied to 124 people working in the aviation sector. The data obtained in the study were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program. Independent t-test, one-way anova, multiple regression analysis and pearson correlation methods were used in the study. As a result of the analysis; it was determined that stress sources and levels of coping with stress have no effect on the job performance of those working in the aviation industry. In addition, it was determined that the levels of stress sources, levels of coping with stress and perception of work performance differ according to the demographic characteristics of those working in the aviation industry.
