Contribution of the aviation sector to the economy: Turkey evaluation

The contribution of the aviation industry to the national economy is closely related to financial growth. Because the financial arrangements made within the framework of airline transportation can affect the efficiency of the airline companies in the market, the functions and fees of the aforementioned service. In this research, the contribution of the aviation industry to the economy has been theoretically evaluated both in the world and in our country, based on data. In the following period, the relations between financial growth and transportation were examined within the scope of capital accumulation and technological development theories. The conclusion reached in the study is as follows: After the financial growth due to the developments in the economy, the aviation sector also grew.
