Abstract (EN)
Manufacturing of A Pneumatic Hazelnut Cracking Machine and Investigation of Its Performans Characteristics In this study; firstly, factors which affect cracking of hazelnut with air pressure was determined. Then, a experimental setup is designed according to these factors. Later, experiments are performed and cracking of hazelnuts with air pressure is examined. As a result, graphes which demonstrate maximum cracking efficiency are presented.
