A study on the evaluation of airlines hospitality in terms of host of cabin crew

In this study, in order to examine airline hospitality from the perspective of cabin crew hosting, the differences between demographic characteristics of passengers using airline transportation and cabin crew hospitality dimensions were examined. Within the scope of the research, first of all, a literature review was conducted on the concepts of airlines transportation and airline product, the concepts of hospitality and hosting, and cabin crew. A questionnaire was prepared in accordance with the airline hospitality scale and hypotheses were tested by performing difference analyzes. In line with the findings obtained in the study, it was concluded that the courtesy, socialization and comfort dimensions of the cabin crew, especially offering airline hospitality, are important on passengers.
