Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of factors affecting the motivation of airline cabin employees on their job satisfaction. The most important factor in carrying out the study is that there is no research done in Turkey regarding airline companies. The study consists of three parts. In the first part, the concept of motivation, the relation between motivation and similar concepts, motivation theories, motivational incentive tools and motivational effects on job satisfaction are examined. In the second part, the concept of airline transportation, the effect of motivation on employee performance and productivity, and the effect of motivation factors on airline employees are examined. In the last section, there is an application to measure the motivational incentives of employees on job satisfaction, except for various demographic factors and economic instruments, in the framework of the created model.
