Abstract (EN)
The aim of the study is to determine the 'Impact of Self-regulated Learning Model Based Activities prepared for Social Studies Lesson on Student Learning and Study Responsibilities'. The sameling of the study consists of 28 third grade students studying in Bartın province Karahüseyinli Primary School and 29 third grade students studying in Bartın province Terkehaliller Primary School in the spring term of 2014-2015 academic year. In the research, the control and experimental group students have been created in line with cluster analysis data. The experimental group consists of 20 students and 20 students constitute the control group. The study is carried out on the basis of pretest- posttest control group model of the experimental method. Self-regulated Learning Model Based Social Studies Lesson is applied to the students in the experimental group. As for the control group students, Social Studies Lessons are handled in accordance with the activities of the teacher's guide book prepared according to the social studies program. Learning and Work Scale was used as a data collection tool in the study. The findings obtained from the study are as follows: It was found that there was no significant difference between experimental and control group students and their learning and work responsibilities. It was found that there was no significant difference between the points obtained from learning and work responsibilities scale before and after the experiment by the control group students participated in the study. It was found that there was significant difference between the points obtained from learning and work responsibilities scale before and after the experiment by the experimental group students participated in the study. As a result of applying Self-regulated Learning Model aided Activities, it was found that there was significant difference in the learning and work responsibilities of experimental and control group students. The mean scores of learning and work responsibilities of Self-regulated Learning Model aided Activities and lesson applied experimental group are permanent. The research results show that Self-regulated Learning Model aided Activities have a positive impact on learning and work responsibilities of the students. Learning and work responsibility levels of the experimental group students that have class carried out using Self-regulated Learning Model aided Activities are high and permanent.
