Administrative problems which public education center administers experience in the process of lifelong learning

In this research; administrative problems which Public Education Center Administrators experience through lifelong learning process and suggestions for solutions are taken into consideration. Target population of the study consists of Public Education Center Administers from central districts of every city of our country. A Questionnaire which was developed as a tool for collecting data in order to define the problems that 84 Public Education Center administers objectively chosen from the target population live while directing public Education Centers and anlysis of data was performed in SPSS programme. According to the results obtained, work load caused by the lack of administrative staff was seen the biggest of the problems which Public Education Center Administers experience . The research showed that assistant principals of Public Education Centers are displeased with both working conditions and employee personal rights, so they want to switch to other schools or institutions as soon as possible. Some other negative results are problems encountered within open education procedures, lack of counselors almost in every center, supervising problems for courses caused by lack of supervisors or time limitations caused by work load. Administrators live problems on account of building, hardware and up to date modular programmes. Despite everything it is seen that an important progress has been gained on account of enhancing lifelong learning rates in the last decade and the momentum has been increasingly continuing.
