Abstract (EN)
The increased need for meat and meat products will increase the ability to grow and cut animals. Animals are raised on farms and transported to slaughterhouses by means of transportation. During transport, animals are subjected to different stresses such as dislocation and mixing with new groups, transport time, vehicle vibration, noise. These stresses affect the well-being of animals and cause reduced meat quality after cutting. In this study, factors affecting the metabolism of animals were examined during transport. He has obtained information on the shortest road problem to reduce factors that adversely affect the quality of meat. The most appropriate path-finding problem between nodes can be solved more easily in computer science and artificial intelligence in the new world technology year. Research has been conducted on different algorithms to find the best way. He has information about the graphs. In the last part of the study, using the Dijkstra algorithm and the fast algorithm, the Matlab program has been implemented for problem resolution. In the study, the algorithms were compared and the path lengths were deducted according to the two algorithms. The distance from the farm to the first slaughterhouse was 28,300, distance from the second slaughterhouse to 39,800, distance from the third sector to 42,900, to find the most appropriate path with the Dijkstra algorithm. To find the best possible route with a fast algorithm, the distance from the first sector was 28,300 to the second sector, 43,700 to the third sector was found at a distance of 42,900.
