Abstract (EN)

Introducing hundreds of Turkish hand scripts about all range starting from Old Anatolian Turkish time period has developed Turkish language from speaking and literature language to scientific language. Specially, hand scripts about medical area since 15. century has big additive to Turkish language for being a scientific languageThe hand script named as `Hulasa-i Tıp?, which was wrotten by the doctors on that meeting headed by Ebu Tahir bin Muhammed Arabî because illness of the Abbasi?s Khalif Me?mun- in french, has been translated to Turkish by Cerrâh Mes?ûd. Hazâ Kitâb-ı Hulâsa-i Tıbb hand script which has wrotten by Cerrâh Mes?ûd was about medical operations and published the second period of 15. century. This hand script of Cerrâh Mes?ûd is very important because of mirroring the 15. century medical knowledge and has transport the language properties of the time period with the rich vocabularyIn this thesis, Kitâb-ı Hulâsa-i Tıbb hand script has examined which didn?t research despite of being in sourcesThesis has four parts as introduction, analysis, text and indexes. After reading the hand script, all text has transferred to the computer using the transcription alphabet and has indexed as grammatical form by using new developed software. Both text reading and indexing period language analysis of the hand script has examined and also in the main index, words dictionary meanings have given. Additional to the main index, appendix index and word frequency index were added.
