Özet (EN)
Comparative Age Determination by Bony Structures of Alburnus heckeli (Battalgil, 1944) Living in Lake HazarIn this study, 109 fish samples belong to Hazar Lake population (Alburnus heckeli Battalgil, 1944) have been caught from Hazar Lake between February 2009 and December 2009.After they have been heightened and weighed, the bony structures had been removed, cleaned and labeled. Then they have been analyzed under the stereo microscope. Comparative age determination was performed and the results were stated as %N with tables and figures. In the comparatives of bony structure ages, the least coherence as % 38.53 at the ages of scale-otolit, scale-operkulum and otolit-operkulum and the most coherence as %43.12 at the ages of scale-vertebrate has been determined. The largest age gap at the bony structures compared was found as 3. The clearest age ring was observed on vertebrates.Key Words: Hazar Lake, Alburnus heckeli, Comparative Age Determination
